I love the style, classic and simple. The quality is very good and affordable. I have had great experience wearing the leather sandals for more than a year, but my latest experience with the boots nailed my conviction about the quality and the unique style.

Very pleased with the service from WALK, I ordered some shoes they came the next day, bit too big. I contacted customer services to exchange but the smaller size wasn’t available, so I picked a different pair which were slightly more expensive, the transaction was very quick and easy. I returned the shoes and received the replaced pair the next day. The service was also personal, I even got a text to thank me for buying from them ?? well done team ?

The ordering process was clear and easy. The shipping was quick and updated frequently to keep me informed. It took seven days to receive my shoes. The shoes arrived as described.

Size runs 2 sizes to big and customer service is Mia.

I don't often write reviews but I have received such excellent customer service from Walk London (specifically Dawn W.) that I felt it was only fitting to praise them here! I initially ordered some loafers and found their sizing to be a bit off, but when I approached customer services seeking help, Dawn swiftly and efficiently helped me exchange/refund the original pair with my emails getting a response the next day at the latest. All in all, I would say you should happily order from Walk London knowing that if you have any issues along the way there is great customer service to help you get it resolved (perhaps if you're lucky you'll get Dawn!).
